采用大田试验研究了无机肥配施生物有机肥对超级稻Y两优1号的产量及碳氮代谢的影响。结果表明：在等养分量施用纯N 165 kg/hm2的情况下，有机N:无机N为1:9的处理能显著增加千粒重，且产量最高，稻谷产量达到10.70 t/hm2，比不施肥处理增产极显著，比单施无机肥处理增产显著。植株氮含量与产量呈显著正相关，可溶性糖含量与产量相关不显著；植株糖氮比与产量呈负相关，其中孕穗期和收获期的相关系数分别为-0.811*和-0.851*，均达显著水平。
The effects of combined application of inorganic fertilizers with bio-organic fertilizers on grain yield and the metabolism of carbon and nitrogen of Y Liangyou 1, a super hybrid rice variety, were studied in field conditions. The results showed that the treatment with organic N:inorganic N equal to 1:9 increased grain weight significantly and had the highest grain yield among all of the tested treatments with the same amount of pure N application of 165 kg/hm2. The grain yield was as high as 10701.20 kg/hm2, significantly higher than the control (no fertilization) and the pure inorganic fertilizer treatment at 1% and 5% levels, respectively. The correlation analysis indicated that there existed a significant positive correlation between plant N content and yield but an insignificant correlation between soluble sugar content and yield. The correlation between plant sugar-nitrogen ratio and yield was negative, with the correlation coefficients of -0.811 and -0.851 at booting and harvest stages, respectively, both reaching a significant level of 5%.
