OsHAP2E是亚铁血红素激活蛋白,也被称为核因子Y或CCAAT结合蛋白。

【突变体表型】

过表达OsHAP2E的转基因株系,对稻瘟病菌、白叶枯病菌、高盐和干旱表现出抗性,此外,它们有更高的光合速率,分蘖数也增加(Alam et al. 2015)。

接种水稻坏死花叶病毒(RNMV)后,OsHAP2E-OX株系没有明显的病症,而对照植株黄化且发育迟缓(Alam et al. 2015)。

【定位与克隆】

 

【时空表达谱】

在接种稻瘟病菌和白叶枯病菌后,或水杨酸(SA)、异烟酸(INA)、脱落酸(ABA)和双氧水(H2O2)处理后,OsHAP2E被诱导表达。

【亚细胞定位】

 

【生物学功能】

OsHAP2E能赋予水稻耐盐、耐旱和抵抗稻瘟病菌和白叶枯病菌的能力,并提高光合能力和分蘖数(Alam et al. 2015)。

OsHAP2E受病毒侵染后诱导,有助于水稻产生病毒抗性(Alam et al. 2015)。
